What can I do with Meisa from Claude?

With the Meisa connector, Claude can manage contacts, templates, sequences, broadcasts, transactional emails, senders and products, and read your results.

Once you connect Meisa to Claude, you can ask Claude in plain words to work with your contacts, templates, sequences, broadcasts, transactional emails, senders and products, and to read your results. Below is what it can do, with prompts to copy.

Claude works in one product (workspace) at a time, the one you picked when you connected.

Contacts

Claude can list, search and look up contacts, add or update them, and list your tags.

  • “Find everyone at acme.com in my contacts.”
  • “Add [email protected] as a contact with the tag beta-tester.”
  • “Show me Maya Chen’s contact details and recent activity.”

Templates

Claude can list, read, create, edit and delete templates, and change individual blocks inside a template (add, edit, move or remove a block). It can also send a template to your saved test recipients.

  • “Write a template announcing our new CSV export, short and friendly, with one button to the changelog.”
  • “In the Welcome template, make the headline shorter and move the button above the image.”
  • “Send the Welcome template to my test recipients.”

Test recipients can be listed, added and removed too: “Add [email protected] to my test recipients.”

Sequences

Claude can list, read, create, edit and delete sequences, add, change, remove and reorder steps, turn a sequence on or pause it, and add or remove people.

  • “Draft a welcome sequence for new trial users, 4 emails over 10 days.”
  • “In Trial onboarding, add a 2-day wait after the second email.”
  • “Add [email protected] to the Trial onboarding sequence.”
  • “Remove [email protected] from the Trial onboarding sequence.”

Claude’s drafts arrive as normal sequences in Meisa, so you can review them in the builder before you turn them on.

Broadcasts

Claude can list, read, create, edit, duplicate and delete broadcasts, estimate the audience, send a test, send now or schedule, and pause, resume or cancel a send. It can also resend to people who didn’t open.

  • “Create a broadcast to the Active customers segment using the November update template. Don’t send it yet.”
  • “How many people would get this broadcast?”
  • “Schedule it for Tuesday at 10am New York time.”
  • “Resend last week’s broadcast to people who didn’t open it, with a new subject line.”

Transactional emails

Claude can list, create, edit, delete, switch on or off and test your transactional emails (triggers), and send an email.

  • “Create a transactional email with the key password_reset using the Password reset template.”
  • “Send the user_signed_up email to my test recipients.”

Results

Claude can read open rates, click rates and send counts for your recent broadcasts, and your list health: total contacts and how many are active, unsubscribed, bounced or complained.

  • “How did my last three broadcasts do?”
  • “How healthy is my list right now?”

Senders and products

Claude can list and add senders, and list, create and switch products.

  • “Which senders do I have set up?”
  • “Switch to my Acme product.”

What Claude can’t do yet

  • Create or edit automations. Build them in Meisa under Automations. See Create an automation rule.
  • Create segments, connect an email provider or verify a domain. Do these in Meisa.
  • See or change billing.

Tips

  • Be specific about names: “the Trial onboarding sequence” works better than “my sequence”.
  • Ask for a draft first, review it in Meisa, then ask Claude to turn it on or send it.
  • Claude sends real emails when you ask it to send a broadcast. Ask for a test send first.
