Connect Meisa to Claude (MCP connector)
Add https://mcp.meisa.io/mcp as a custom connector in Claude, sign in with your Meisa email, and ask Claude to draft sequences, check results and more.
On this page
To connect Meisa to Claude, add <https://mcp.meisa.io/mcp> as a custom connector in Claude, then sign in with your Meisa email. Claude can then work in your Meisa account: draft sequences and templates, add contacts, check broadcast results and send test emails.
You find the address and these steps in Meisa under Settings, Claude connector.
Add the connector in Claude
- In Meisa, go to Settings and click Claude connector under Connect. Click Copy address.
- In Claude, open Settings, then Connectors.
- Click Add custom connector.
- Give it a name, such as Meisa, and paste the address:
<https://mcp.meisa.io/mcp>. - Click to connect. A Meisa sign-in window opens.
- Enter your Meisa email, then the 6-digit code Meisa emails you.
- If you have more than one product (workspace), pick the one Claude should work in.
- Back in Claude, start a chat and ask something like “List my Meisa sequences.”
On Claude Team and Enterprise plans, an Owner adds the connector once for the organization. Each member then connects it with their own Meisa sign-in.
What Claude can and can’t access
- Claude acts as you, in the product you picked. It sees the same contacts, templates, sequences and broadcasts you see.
- It can create and change things, and it can send emails when you ask it to (for example a broadcast or a test). Claude asks before running tools that change data, depending on your Claude settings.
- It has no access to your billing or payment details.
- Access tokens expire after an hour and refresh on their own. You stay connected until you remove the connector.
To switch to another product, ask Claude, for example “Switch to my Acme product in Meisa.”
Try these first
- “Draft a welcome sequence for new trial users, 4 emails over 10 days.”
- “Remove [email protected] from the Trial onboarding sequence.”
- “Send the user_signed_up email to my test recipients.”
- “How did my last three broadcasts do?”
For a full list of what works, see What can I do with Meisa from Claude?
Use it with Grok Bot
Meisa works in other assistants that support custom MCP servers. In Grok Bot, send “Add a custom MCP server called Meisa at https://mcp.meisa.io/mcp" and click Authorize. On grok.com, go to Connectors, click New Connector and choose Custom.
Disconnect
In Claude, go to Settings, then Connectors, and remove Meisa. Claude loses access right away.
Troubleshooting
- No code arrives: check spam, and make sure you used the email of your Meisa account.
- Claude works in the wrong product: ask it to list your products and switch, or reconnect and pick the right one.
- Claude says a tool failed: open Meisa and check the item exists and you have access. If it keeps failing, email [email protected] with what you asked and when.
