# Contact Meisa support

Email **hi@meisa.io** or use the chat on this help center. The Meisa team replies by email. Questions about your account, billing, a send, a sequence, data requests or the Claude connector all go to the same place.

## How to reach us

- **Chat:** open the chat on help.meisa.io for quick answers from our help articles. If it can't solve your problem, email us.
- **Email:** write to hi@meisa.io. Send it from the email address on your Meisa account, so we can find your account quickly.

## Include these details for a faster answer

1. The email address on your Meisa account.
2. The product (sender) the question is about.
3. What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
4. A screenshot, or the email subject if it is about a specific send.

For a problem with a send, also include the recipient's address and roughly when it was sent. For a Claude connector problem, include the time it happened and the prompt you used.

Never send us your full AWS secret key or API key. We never need them to help you.

## What to email us about

- **Billing:** refunds under the 14-day money-back guarantee, plan changes, or a payment problem.
- **Account:** changing the email you sign in with, or getting into an account you can't reach.
- **Your data:** a copy of your data, a correction, or deleting your account. Send these from the address on your account.
- **Bugs:** anything in Meisa that doesn't work the way you expect.
- **Security:** anything that looks like a security problem.
